Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

For United States orders, we offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $3.99 on orders between $1–$50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery time for US orders is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and local courier service.

Every order placed with Novara includes a tracking number, which will be provided once your order is dispatched. This allows you to follow your shipment in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. While we declare shipments accurately to help avoid delays, customs clearance times are outside of our control.
